All orders are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, and by placing an order with Tastable you are considered as having agreed to and accepted them.

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products. We will strive to recreate selected Candy Tree styles and colors as accurately as possible, but due to variations in availability:Tastable reserves the right to evaluate the feasability of the candy arrangement(s) selected, before commiting to an order. If the selected order is considered to be presently not replicable  -  Tastable will contact the customer, as soon as possible, to discuss an alternative tree to match their theme.

All pictures are the property of Tastable and no pictures from this website may be used at anytime without permission from Tastable.

The photographs may show the CandyTrees on a decorated mirror and table runners that are not included in the standard price. They may be rented for a small additional fee subject to availability.

All prices listed on this site are not subject to negotiation. Discounts will be offered for bulk orders. When trees are custom designed, Tastable will consider your exact request and calculate the price. This custom service is free of charge.

All gifts must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Orders for one's own Simcha - when delivery or collection is  within 10 days of ordering - must also be paid for in full when placing the order. Orders for one's own Simcha - when the delivery or collection date is arranged for after 10 days from the time of placing the order- require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.The balance is then due at the time or delivery or collection.

All prices are charged in NIS (New Israeli Shekel) and credit card or PayPal payments in other currencies will be converted automatically at the current exchange rate. Cash or Check payments will be calculated by Tastable at the  at the current exchange rate.

Therefore deposits will be paid at the exchange rate on the date of the deposit and balances will be paid at the exchange rate on the date of the balance payment.

All candy trees and table arrangements within Ramat Bet Shemesh, Bet Shemesh, Scheinfeld and Nofei Aviv will be delivered by Tastable personnel for free, with no minimum order requirement:

• Gift orders - the recipient will be contacted prior to delivery

• Simcha orders- on a date and time specified by the client. We anticipate delivering the products according to these estimates but occasional delays will occur, due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales.

Candy trees and table arrangements ordered for out of Greater Bet Shemesh

• Gift orders - will be delivered on behalf of Tastable by an independant courier and their delivery charges apply. Tastable takes no responsibility for that which is damaged at the fault of the delivery company and the customer will be reimbursed by the courier in such a case.

• For table-centers for simchas out of Greater Bet Shemesh there is minimum order requirement of 3 trees. Tastable staff will deliver and arrange the table-centers on a date and time specified by the client. The delivery, handling and setup charge will be 100 shekel. For orders of 5 trees or more - delivery, handling and setup is free. We anticipate delivering the products according to these estimates but occasional delays will occur, due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales.

Tastable will set up your table centers in Greater Beit Shemesh and orders of over 5 trees out of Greater Beit Shemesh, free-of-charge. Where we are unable to set up through error or fault on your part, we reserve the right to charge for our time at a rate of 50 NIS per hour. This charge is over and above the 100 shekel delivery, handling and setup charge  that applies for orders of 3 or 4 trees for simchas out of Greater Beit Shemesh.

All glassware that is hired for your simcha will be collected by us at an arranged date after the event.
If you are hiring on behalf of someone else you need to confirm that you have the necessary authority to enter into this contract on behalf of that individual, and that you will indemnify us against all losses and expense which may be incurred if this is not the case.
You will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the glassware is not damaged or misused during the period of the hire. This includes ensuring that the glassware can safely be used with any other items which you use.
You shall fully reimburse us for all costs in connection with replacing glassware which is lost, stolen or damaged beyond economic repair.

We guarantee that your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties.

NUTS; We apologize that even though the tree itself may not contain nuts, we are unable to guarantee that the products we supply will not have traces of nuts.

GLUTEN; Not all trees are gluten free, but there are many trees that are gluten free, and each tree's gluten status is indicated. If a product contains upto 20ppm, it will be given a 'gluten free' status. If some of the tree contains gluten, the tree  will be given  a 'contains gluten' status.

DAIRY; Candy arrangements are marked Parev or Dairy

If you require any specific information with regards to other allergenic foods that may be contained in our products then please contact us and we will do our best to answer any queries that you may have.

All candy arrangements are a potential choking hazard, and Tastable takes no responsibility for any incidents or medical bills that may accrue as a result of choking. Parents should not leave children unsupervised, especially those under age three, while they are eating.

When moving the trees, care should be taken to support the vase from underneath. The tree should never be lifted using the pole.

Chocolate trees should not be place in direct sunlight as it may cause the chocolate to melt. In hot weather we recommend keeping the chocolate trees in an air-conditioned room.

An order is considered binding on both Tastable and the client once the order has been agreed and the initial 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid.

If the client then cancels their order;

• Less than 60 days prior to the delivery date - 20% of the remaining balance is still due.

• Less than 30 days prior to delivery - 50% of the remaining balance is still due.

• Less than 10 days prior to delivery - 100% of the remaining balance is still due.

Anyone choosing to cancel must contact us as soon as possible

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of the candy trees or table arrangements once they have been either collected by the client or delivered and set up at a venue.
Due to health and hygiene considerations, food items are non-returnable. All candy arrangements are prepared using stringent hygienic standards.
Tastable’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Tastable to the customer

You agree to indemnify us at all times in respect of all claims by any person in relation to any injury, loss, claim or expense arising out of or in connection with the use of the candy trees or table arrangements.

In no event shall Tastable be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this agreement if such delays of failures are due to strikes, weather, fires, riots, theft, terrorism, or vandalism or other causes beyond our control, as defined by standard practices in the industry. Such failure or delay shall not constitute a default under this agreement.
